Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Courses and content
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share course materials without permission.
- We may update, improve, or retire courses; enrolled users keep access to archived versions.
Payments and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers; you agree to their terms.
- Refunds: within 14 days if less than 25% of content was viewed. Contact support for assistance.
User conduct
- Be respectful in community spaces. No harassment, spam, or IP infringement.
- Do not attempt to bypass security or copy course platforms.
Intellectual property
Course videos, text, templates, and branding are owned by SplitGate Atelier or licensors. You retain ownership of your original card designs created in the courses.
Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific artistic or commercial outcomes. Some techniques involve tools that must be used with care; follow safety guidelines.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SplitGate Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
