Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I keep access to courses?
You get lifetime access, including future lesson updates and file refreshes. If we retire a course, we keep an archive for enrolled learners.
What basic materials do I need to start?
A smooth paper pad (or cardstock), a waterproof fineliner, a small watercolor set, and a ruler are enough for the first track. Course pages list optional specialty tools like foils or bone folders.
Do I need specific software?
No for analog tracks; yes for digital courses where we use Procreate or Adobe Illustrator. We provide layered files and keyboard cheat-sheets.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund if you haven’t watched more than 25% of the content. Tell us what didn’t work so we can improve.
How does the critique circle work?
Every week we host a friendly review call. Learners share works-in-progress, celebrate wins, and set one improvement target for the next session.
Can I print at home or should I use a pro lab?
Both. We teach color-managed home printing and how to prepare press-ready files for local printers. Courses clearly indicate which path they support.
Can I sell the cards I design in your courses?
Yes. You fully own your original designs. We include a small-business module on pricing, editions, and packaging.
Do you provide certificates?
You can download a completion certificate and a course summary that outlines skills covered and project outcomes.
How fast is support?
